Faced with intense international competition, the Taiwanese motorcycle industry has been focusing on stable growth in three key features : innovative & customized Taiwan-made motorcycle parts & accessories, best sourcing for OEM suppliers of heavy-duty motorcycle parts & accessories, and quality products from Taiwan & other countries. Besides strong expertise in spare parts and motorcycle manufacturing, the Taiwanese motorcycle industry has always been outstanding in the designs of motorcyclists’ garments and in comprehensive post-sales maintenance services.
Motorcycle Taiwan is now in its 11th year. This year, in addition to Taiwanese exhibitors, foreign brands participating in the exhibition include Hot Engineering from Malaysia, Sanwa Kasei from Japan, Deestone from Thailand and Orientus from Indonesia. 16 companies from China will also be participating in the exhibition. Many important foreign buyers will be viewing the exhibition, including Magura from Germany, Rusbolt from Russia, Ciclomotoforniture Mandelli from Italy and Sunstar Singapore.
In order to enrich the exhibition content and to expand the trading opportunities of modified spare parts, a custom bike mega contest zone has been planned for the exhibition. 50 motorcycles will be competing, with the theme of the competition divided into four major categories: hippie & retro, dynamic performance refit, visual modification, and leisure & tourism. Exhibitors’ products will be matched with selected vehicles to generate limitless innovation. The competition will be a chance for participants to get a good look at the exquisite craftsmanship of Taiwan’s motorcycle modifications.
