We are concerned about dental implant production. Now we are doing some feasibility study about the market and also estimating the cost of the facility.
On the machine side, we are searching for some precise machine, like a Swiss-type CNC lathe.
It should have high rpm and high repeatability (about 0.002mm or less).
Most of the materials that should be machined are titanium medical grade (III to V), round bar with a maximum 7mm diameter and up to 3m length.
The machined part maximum dimensions will be (dia)5.5mm x 21mm length.

Also, if you can recommend us a better machine for our application. (Like some suitable machines that all dental implant manufacturers are happy with.). Can you inform us with more information about the machine and also give us a quotation for it, please?
